How we use Clausely for Clausely
A note on practising what we preach
If we don’t trust our own product enough to run our operations on it, why would you? Below are the compliance documents Clausely itself operates under — generated by Clausely, reviewed by us, and kept current.
Clausely’s AI Acceptable Use Policy
Our own AI Acceptable Use Policy is generated by Clausely and reviewed quarterly. [Link to PDF or downloadable file once generated]
Clausely’s Article 50 Transparency Disclosures
You are interacting with AI-assisted systems when you use Clausely. Our intake form captures your details and passes them to a large language model (currently Anthropic’s Claude) which generates tailored compliance documents. Every document we produce should be reviewed by a qualified human before being relied upon in any regulatory or enforcement context. We do not make automated decisions about you. All AI outputs are editable, reviewable, and your responsibility once delivered.
Clausely’s AI Literacy Policy
Our team maintains documented AI literacy in accordance with Article 4 of the EU AI Act. Our AI Literacy Policy is available on request.
Our AI suppliers
- Anthropic (Claude) — for document generation. Our API agreement prevents our inputs or outputs being used to train models.
- Supabase — for data storage, EU-hosted.
- Stripe — for payment processing.
- Resend — for transactional email.
