Clausely Refund Policy
Effective date: 20 April 2026
1. The nature of the service
Clausely is a digital product. Documents are generated on demand by artificial intelligence once payment is received and are delivered immediately upon generation. By completing your purchase, you consent to the service beginning immediately and you acknowledge that the service is consumed at the point of delivery.
2. When we refund
We offer full refunds in the following circumstances:
- Document generation fails on our side and we are unable to deliver your pack within 24 hours
- A technical error causes you to be charged twice for the same order
- The documents delivered are materially incomplete or cannot be opened
3. When we do not refund
We do not offer refunds once document generation has completed successfully and the pack has been delivered. Once the documents have been generated for your specific business, the service has been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the content of the documents, contact us at support@clausely.co.uk and we will work with you to regenerate or adjust where reasonable.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@clausely.co.uk with your order reference and a brief explanation of the issue. We respond within two working days.
5. Statutory rights
These terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer, where you purchase as a consumer rather than a business. Most Clausely customers purchase in the course of a business, in which case consumer rights may not apply.
