1. What cookies we use

Clausely uses essential cookies that are required to operate the website and deliver your purchase. We also use optional analytics and advertising cookies, but only if you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you accept, no optional tracking scripts are loaded and no analytics or advertising cookies are set. If you decline, they are never loaded.

2. Essential cookies we set

• Session cookies: used to keep you logged into the intake form and preserve your answers between pages. These expire when you close your browser.
• Stripe cookies: set by Stripe during payment to prevent fraud and enable secure checkout. These are essential to processing your payment.
• Supabase authentication cookies: used to securely retrieve your order and download links. These expire after 30 days.
• Theme preference cookie: remembers whether you selected light or dark mode. This expires after one year.
• Cookie consent preference: we store your accept or decline choice in your browser so we do not ask you again on every visit.

3. Optional cookies, loaded only after you accept

The following third-party services are blocked by default. They are only loaded once you press Accept in the cookie banner. We also use Google Consent Mode v2, which signals a denied state for analytics and advertising storage until you consent.

• Microsoft Clarity (y4073zuqjr): session replay and heatmaps using pseudonymous interaction data.
• Trustpilot: loads the Trustpilot review widget script.

4. Your choices

Declining in the cookie banner stops every optional script above from loading at all. You can change your mind by clearing this site’s data in your browser, which makes the banner appear again.
