Clausely Terms of Service

1. About us

Clausely is a trading name of Priscilla Folarin, operating as a sole trader in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@clausely.co.uk. We supply AI-generated compliance document packs to UK businesses.

2. The service

Clausely generates compliance documents tailored to the information you provide through our intake form. Documents are produced by artificial intelligence using commercial large language models and are delivered electronically as Microsoft Word (.docx) files and a combined ZIP bundle. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. The documents we provide are designed to help UK businesses meet statutory compliance obligations but should be reviewed against your specific circumstances, ideally with a qualified solicitor before being relied upon in any enforcement context.

3. Your purchase

When you complete the intake form and pay via Stripe, you enter a contract with us for the generation and delivery of the pack you selected. Prices are as shown at checkout in pounds sterling. Payment is taken in full at the point of order.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver your pack usually within 10 minutes of payment confirmation. Delivery is by email and through the download page shown immediately after payment. Download links remain valid for 30 days. If you require an extension, email hello@clausely.co.uk.

5. Ownership and use of the documents

Once payment has been received in full, you own the compliance documents we generate for your business and may use them for any lawful purpose within your organisation. You may not resell, relicense, or redistribute the documents to third parties as a compliance product.

6. Our intellectual property

The Clausely brand, website, underlying prompts, document structures, and technology remain our property. Your purchase grants you no rights in these.

7. Accuracy and liability

We take reasonable care in generating documents that reflect current UK and EU regulatory guidance. However, artificial intelligence outputs can contain errors, omissions, or material that becomes out of date as law evolves. You are responsible for reviewing the documents we provide and confirming their suitability before use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of Clausely is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant pack. We do not exclude or limit liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

8. Refunds

See our Refund Policy. In summary: once document generation has completed, the service is delivered and we do not offer refunds. If generation fails, you receive a full refund automatically.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
